I think I have some kind of sleeping illness. It's been nearly a week of me going back to sleep after the kids go to school. This morning I'd thought I'd made it over the hump and would stay awake, but alak and alas, no. I was cold and crampy and Eastenders was on, so I thought I'd cuddle up with the dogs and watch it in bed before starting anything productive today. Maybe the dogs hypnotized me. Dunno.

Actually, I think I have cracked the case. I had three weeks of "Auntie Flo" *nudge nudge wink wink* (insert cheesey grin here), one and a half weeks off, and now three days of it back again. Plus I've been sick for 2 1/2 weeks. Perhaps all of my energy and strength (like I had a ton to begin with) HAS BEEN SYSTEMATICALLY (and deliberately - think aliens) SAPPED FROM MY BODY! Being milked from me like I'm bloody Bessie the frickin' cow. That's right. A cow.

Damnit.

Anyway, Dani's been off to her first day of school. She looked so cute in her little tiny uniform today. Pictures were taken, and if we all hold hands and chant, may even some day be posted.

Also, if anyone would like to donate to cancer research, I have three kids doing pledge sheets and participating in a Terry Fox Run on Friday.
